THE CHOCOLATE CHEF AT SPENCERS

We are pleased to announce that we will be opening our own coffee shop on Monday 22 June. Located at Spencers Farm, Wickham St Paul, off the A131 Sudbury-Halstead road (sat nav ref: CO9 2PX).

We will be retaining all the existing features of this relaxing coffee shop serving light lunches, teas, coffees, wines and beers, hand made cakes and cream teas.

Opening times 10-4 daily (limited menu Mondays)

Local produce is used wherever possible.

Of course, we will be introducing some chocolate themes in the coffee shop and a full range of our chocolates will be available to purchase.

We will also hold our popular children or adult chocolate parties in the coffee shop – prebooking essential.

As well as visiting us at the coffee shop and purchasing other local produce from the adjoining farm shop, Spencer’s has a large Pick Your Own fruit farm for you to come and visit. It’s a great day out!

The chocolate chef was set up by Cathie and Matt Battersby in Spring 2006 and is based in Aldham, north Essex in our 16th century 'chocolate box' cottage. We specialise in hand made chocolate truffles and firmly believe in the customer choosing their own selection so you're guaranteed to get only your favourite flavours. All the chocolates are made in our kitchen using the freshest ingredients with no added preservatives.

We also make bespoke chocolate gifts and cater for corporate events, weddings, birthdays and other special occasions.

Our prices are kept reasonable and we also offer postage and packing for a small extra charge. Delivery in the Essex/Suffolk area starts from £1 dependant on the size and timing of orders.

NB Minimum order for online bookings is £5.00
